How do I book a property?

To book a property either call into our office in person, or telephone us on 0121 471 4122

Once you have come into the office you will fill in an application form. Sign your contract and hand in your deposits (If deposits are not handed over within an acceptable period of time the property will be re-advertised).

Each tenant will be expected to pay a deposit of one months rent (by cash or cheque) as his or her share of the full deposit due on the property.

In the case of University students a Parental Guarantee will be required from each member of the group

How do I sign the contract?

All contracts must be signed at the Letting Centre

Does the rent include utility bills?

Unless otherwise stated in the property description, the advertised rent is "exclusive" of all utility bills.

What is an inventory fee?

Due to the introduction of new legislation effective from April 2007, we are charging an inventory fee for each tenant for all our fully managed properties with immediate effect. An independent inventory clerk will be required to carry out the inventories and not the landlord or us. Please contact your local branch for details about these charges.

How to arrange a viewing?

To view any property on our lists we ask that you arrange an appointment with the office we are more than happy to show or arrange a viewing with a landlord for you.

All you need to do is call into or telephone our office between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm weekdays to make arrangements to view, or to discuss your requirements in more detail.

Who do I tell about repairs?

If you live in a managed property you report all repairs to the office 0121 471 4122.

If you don’t live in a managed house you report all repairs to your landlord.
