Landlords

If you are looking to enter the student market, Letting Centre is the Way forward we provide two different services for all our landlords either the Let only Service and Full management. No charge is made if we don’t let your property. Our motto is ‘No Let No Fee’

We use traditional marketing routes as newspapers, “To Let” boards we also advertise all our properties on our website, which displays pictures of our properties. We also follow up any leads we have with a short phone call to see if we can arrange any viewings or help with any other needs they might have. In doing this we find students feel confident that we can supply the degree of service they expect from a letting agent.

Let Only

• Marketing of property using any of the following methods: boards, website, local press.
• Conducting viewings on property.
• Drafting and signing of tenancy agreement (i.e., contract) along with application forms.
• Obtaining guarantor details from tenants.
• Fee: Half the first months rent inclusive of VAT.

Full Management

• All of Let Only and Let & Rent Collection.
• Compilation of a detailed inventory in and out for each property along with photographs £20.00 per tenant.
• Full maintenance (at agreed cost) of property during the period of the lease.
• Verifying whether property complies with government regulations in the case of multiple occupancy (HMO) and/or gas supply, safety, etc.
• Fees: 10% inclusive of VAT
